Ganoderma Lucidum is the scientific name of the red mushroom, known in Japan as Reishi, and in China as Lingzhi. Because the Japanese popularized the use of Reishi, it is widely known as Reishi in North America.

Long revered in Asia as the most sought after herb by mountain sages and emperors and empresses of China and Japan, Reishi has been used as a herbal medicine for more than 4,000 years in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). The many benefits of whole Reishi have now been validated by modern scientific research.

Studies show that the entire fruit body of the Reishi contains the highest concentration of bio active agents, such as adenosine, dietary fiber, triterpenes (ganodermic acids), simple and large polysaccharides, organic and germanium and proteins.

Verified Science

Our Chinese scientists have worked with Japanese Professor Takashi Mizuno, who spent more than 20 years in researching bioactive substances and medicinal effects on Ganoderma Lucidum and Ganoderma Tsugae.

Organic Plantation

Our Reishi is organically cultivated and harvested in our plantation in Henan, China, under the careful supervision of acknowledged Reishi expert, Mr. Song Jingping. Our research and cultivation facility is in Minquan.

Scientific Standardization is the basis of our quality control. organic Reishi are subjected to regular DNA and chemical profiling by certified laboratories to ensure the highest levels of quality and standardization all year round.

Under Budapest Treaty for patent filing, we have deposited our unique strain at the Centraalbureau voor Schimmelcultures (CBS) in The Netherlands.

Collaboration with the London Metropolitan University, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Shanghai University of TCM.

On-going validation of product, with Prof. S. Wasser,  with the NUS, National Skin Centre, and temasek Lifescience laboratory for the DNA Fingerprinting/chemical profiling of Ganoderma Tsugae var Jannieae.
